The Memoria sofa by Karim Rashid reinterprets the enveloping and generous lines that have defined Natuzzi design history. Inspired by the warmth and hospitality of Mediterranean culture, Memoria aims to be the focal point of any living space, dedicated to well-being and togetherness. “For Natuzzi, I wanted to create a space of curves and fluidity that could welcome people,” says Rashid. “A sofa is a meeting of people, friendship, and intimacy after all. Memoria was born from a long and meticulous research, where the intent was to create a sofa unique in comfort and pure in appearance.”

 

Memoria’s modular design allows for linear or angular configurations, ensuring maximum versatility. The set-back armrests introduce an unexpected asymmetry, enhancing the sofa’s unique perspective. This design reshapes the reassuring lines of the past, offering even more comfortable ergonomics, and inviting users to sit and experience Mediterranean hospitality and warmth.

 

The Circle of Harmony – 65th Anniversary Collection

The Circle of Harmony – 65th Anniversary collection, launched at Milano Design Week 2024, narrates Natuzzi Italia’s evolution over the decades. Alongside Karim Rashid’s Memoria, the collection features designs by Andrea Steidl and Simone Bonanni, each contributing to the brand’s legacy of innovation and aesthetic excellence.

Completing the collection are the new sofas Mindful and Snail, designed by the Natuzzi Design Center. These additions expand the Comfortness collection, which debuted at Milan Design Week 2023.
